Pair Programming\/Continuous Code Review <\/p>\n

There are two roles in pair programming: the pilot (driver) and the navigator (partner). While the pilot is operating the computer and writing the code, the navigator continuously provides feedback and makes suggestions for improvement. As a result, better-quality code is created during work, which would otherwise only be possible through subsequent code reviews.
